Once you connect, you will get a message asking three sections where you have to give file transfer. Click on file transfer. if you didn't get any kind of notification, you don't have to worry. Just scroll down from the notification bar and you'll be getting a message over there where you have to click on that USB file transfer where you'll be getting this message. So you have to click on file transfer.
And once after connecting, you have to follow the next instruction very carefully. Now what you have to do is just go to this PC, then click on Redmi K30, then click on internal storage, and select any kind of files that you wish to transfer.

Click on the video or just select anything. Now click on any files which you want to transfer from the PC. Select the particular one. Click on anything. Now go for a copy. Then you have to paste it here. Now this has been successfully passed. so this is how you can transfer files from pc to your Android device.
